We are recruiting individuals that are great communicators, able to prioritize and multitask, and have a knack for numbers. Willing to train! Recent or upcoming grad or career changer encouraged.

• Learn to bid doors of all different types for new construction and aftermarket projects across the country (no travel required).
• Provide superior communication with internal and external customers.
• Review construction drawings and specifications to determine bid strategies, quantities and costs.
• Create professional submittal and closeout documents.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion.
• Remain involved with projects throughout the entire construction process.
• Create ideas that promote continuous improvement for the team and the company.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Math background and Microsoft Excel experience are a plus.
• Able to flourish in a fast paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent phone and email communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to improve team and processes.
