We are seeking a Foreman to support field operations on a long-term critical infrastructure project in Olathe, Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trades professional or emerging field leader looking to take the next step into construction leadership.

• Critical Infrastructure Field Lead

• Lead and direct daily field activities for craft labor and subcontractors.
• Coordinate work activities to maintain project schedules and productivity goals.
• Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards.
• Assist with manpower planning, material coordination, and site logistics.
• Serve as a key point of communication between field crews and project leadership.
• Track project progress and proactively identify potential issues.
• Support quality control efforts and ensure work is completed to project specifications.
• Maintain a professional and team-oriented jobsite culture.

• Experience leading field crews in commercial, industrial, utility, or critical infrastructure construction.
• Background in electrical, mechanical, utility, gas, or related construction trades.
• Experience serving as a Foreman, Lead, or Superintendent on construction projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate work activities in the field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Desire to continue growing into larger leadership opportunities.

Initial project is expected to run approximately 18 months in Olathe, KS.
