3+ years of #Roofing Project Management experience.
Knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and commercial roofing systems.
Experience with #reroofing and #New Construction projects.
Manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and materials.
Strong understanding of job costing, profitability, #Roofing Safety, and quality.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Someone who takes OWNERSHIP and delivers projects ON TIME, ON BUDGET, AND DONE RIGHT!
