Customer Support – Various shifts available – National Accounts Dept!

Location: Olathe, KS

Full‑time Customer Service Representative on the National Accounts Facilities team. Entry‑level opportunity with advancement and promotion potential.

• Tuesday–Saturday 1:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Sunday–Thursday 1:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Friday–Monday 9:00 AM–8:00 PM

• Triage incoming calls, understand customer need and schedule appropriate service.
• Promote all products and services.
• Gather accurate information for technicians.
• Enter detailed data in service tickets.
• Represent company professionally with excellent verbal communication.
• Maintain positive attitude toward customers.
• Other assigned duties.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Independently work with little supervision.
• Work fast‑paced environment and re‑prioritize tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites.
