The Travel Specialist assists team members by booking and coordinating travel arrangements, delivering high‑level customer service and attention to detail. This role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.

• Consult with team members to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Research, recommend, and book travel packages, flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare and present customized itineraries to team members, ensuring all aspects of the trip are covered.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and emergencies, providing prompt support and solutions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and communications with clients.
• Reconcile expenses related to travel, credit cards, hotels, and similar categories.
• Stay informed about current travel trends, restrictions, and updates within the industry.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

1+ years in travel planning, customer service, or the hospitality industry. Familiarity with travel booking software, global distribution systems (GDS), and online reservation platforms is highly desirable.

Travel: 0–10% of time.

Work Schedule:

7 AM – 5 PM, Monday‑Friday. Work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs. Overtime may be required.
