Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency with professional experience in
1) Family Practice or
2) Internal Medicine + Pediatric. Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; active state license required; DEA preferred. CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date. Per state regulations, may be required to have a dispensing license.
