The Technical Training Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of Learning & Development technical and trade‑related training and services, including coordination and facilitation of classes, curriculum design, jobsite audits and on‑site coaching.

• Education:
  
  Completion of an apprenticeship program or an Associate/Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience:
  
  Strong technical background, 5 years related experience in electrical or specialty systems, and 1–2 years facilitation experience.
• Travel:
  Up to 25%.
• Work schedule:
  
  6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Monday–Friday; may vary to meet business needs.

• Effectively facilitate electrical apprenticeship, Quick Start, and trade‑related training classes.
• Collaborate with Apprenticeship Team to research, recommend and implement new training programs.
• Design and develop technical curriculum based on organizational needs.
• Conduct jobsite or on‑site coaching to support employee development.
• Build relationships with operational leaders to foster open dialogue.
• Support Apprenticeship Coordinator in program coordination.
• Work with L&D team and subject‑matter experts to continuously improve content and delivery.
• Continuously increase knowledge of L&D craft.
• Participate in professional and trade organizations.
• Model company values and professional standards to trainees.
• Demonstrate approachability and collaborative influence.
