Journey Bible Church in Olathe, Kansas, is seeking a relational, dynamic, and Christ-centered Student Pastor/Director with a passion for investing in the next generation. We are looking for a leader who can create engaging environments where students (grades 6–12) encounter Jesus, form meaningful relationships, and grow as devoted disciples. This person will champion and equip adult leaders, partner closely with families, and cultivate a ministry culture that empowers students to own their faith and live on mission every day.

Olathe is one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the Kansas City metro, known for its solid schools, strong family culture, and thriving local economy. With a population of nearly 150,000 people, Olathe continues to expand rapidly—attracting families and young professionals for its beautiful parks and trails, vibrant neighborhoods, and proximity to Kansas City. It is also home to the Garmin World Headquarters, one of the region’s largest employers, adding to the city’s growth, diversity, and energy.
