As a Mechanical Engineer on Olsson’s Industrial Facility Engineering & Design Team you will support complex, high‑impact projects across pharmaceutical, heavy industrial, manufacturing, and renewable natural gas sectors. You will design and implement mechanical, HVAC, plant, and process systems that meet stringent quality, safety, and performance standards while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

• Lead design of mechanical, HVAC, plant, and process systems for industrial facilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop design concepts, system specifications, and detailed drawings.
• Maintain project quality and precision through rigorous quality assurance and control procedures.
• Contribute creatively to technical designs and mentor junior engineers.
• Participate in professional development and stay current with industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of residence.
• One or more years of mechanical engineering experience in industrial design.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems in industrial spaces.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Plant 3D.
