Manufacturing Engineer II – TT Electronics plc

Manufacturing Engineer II responsible for developing and refining manufacturing processes, supporting production issues, improving efficiency, implementing new programs, and owning assigned value streams or product groups. This position requires ITAR compliance; applicants must be U.S. persons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation of new products and processes into production.
  • Resolve complex technical issues impacting quality, throughput, or cost.
  • Design tooling/fixtures and define manufacturing requirements for programs.
  • Conduct PFMEA/DFMEA for robust process development.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma methods.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, routings, and SOPs.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive manufacturability improvements.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Core Requirements / Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
  • Strong CAD and design-for-manufacturing skills.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing flow, lean tools, and RCCA.
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend technical solutions.
  • Effective communicator across functions.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation (ADA).
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical) and 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
  • Aerospace/defense experience preferred; GD&T proficiency expected.
  • ITAR compliance required; applicants must be U.S. persons.
