Job Description:
The Program Facilitator position works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children. This includes implementing individualized learning programs and behavior support strategies to teach children a wide range of skills such as communication, social skills, functional/adaptive skills, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized learning programs and behavior support strategies.
- Teach children a wide range of skills, such as communication, social skills, functional/adaptive skills, and more.
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental disabilities.
- 1+ years of experience working with children in an early childhood, educational or clinical environment.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience with applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Registered Behavior Technician credential.
- Bachelor's degree in special education, applied behavior analysis, psychology or a related field.
- Enrolled in or plans to enroll in graduate study in behavior analysis.
