Long Term Care Staff Pharmacist (Full-Time)

We are seeking motivated and experienced Full‑Time Staff Pharmacists to join our team at AuBurn Pharmacy – Long Term Care. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, provide clinical leadership, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality pharmaceutical care to our long‑term care residents. Our closed‑door pharmacy, located in Olathe, KS, serves local nursing homes, group homes and similar facilities.

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Provide clinical leadership and ensure high‑quality pharmaceutical care for residents.
• Lead immunization clinics, assisted cycle fill, and eMAR integration.
• Perform sterile and non‑sterile compounding and manage packaging with two forms of automation.
• Work 8‑10 hour shifts, 40‑50 hours per week, within the hours of 8 AM‑7 PM or 2 PM‑10 PM; participate in rotating on‑call and weekend shifts.

• Dedicated to leading the pharmacy into the future with strong community engagement.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills; outgoing, assertive, and detail oriented.
• Experience in long‑term care and/or with Framework
  
  LTC or QS1 software preferred.
• Strong multitasking ability, customer focus, and excellent communication skills.
