Join our team as a Performance Improvement Supervisor!

The Supervisor of Performance Improvement supervises quality.

Policy staff and develops, implements, and monitors continuous organizational performance, improvement and quality assurance.

What you will do:
  • Develop expertise in and monitor compliance with policy and procedures, organizational utilization, contract compliance, and compliance with local, state or federal laws and regulations.
  • Supervise, train and support the Quality Assurance Team.
  • Track and send monthly client satisfaction surveys to families and youth 14 वस्तु or older. Input client satisfaction survey results into the database and write reports for management team as needed.
  • Coordinate preventative and corrective action plans for policy and procedures and/or contract compliance including coordinating information and training necessary to address any compliance deficiencies.
  • Represent KVC in attendance at Performance Improvement meetings and work in close partnership with D丶CF Compliance team.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
  • One to three years related experience required

Requires Intermediate to advanced computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as Outlook email

Preferred qualifications:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in children and family services preferred
