Aluma Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic in Emporia, Kansas. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect data on progress, and collaborate with families and the team to ensure client success.
Ideal candidates have or are willing to obtain RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation for local travel.
