What We’re Looking For:

• An active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting is beneficial
• Strong communication abilities and teamwork mindset
• Ability to build trust and rapport with students
• Organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Dedication to supporting children with a variety of behavioral needs

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect accurate behavioral data and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to reinforce positive strategies
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans faithfully and respectfully
• Foster a supportive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development as needed
