At Aberdeen Village, a faith-based, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing excellent care to residents, we are seeking a Human Resources Recruiter/Assistant to support our senior living community. The role includes responsibilities in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefit knowledge.

• Identify and seek out quality candidates, confirming qualifications and placing them in open roles.
• Research job seekers and invite them to apply.
• Screen candidates through phone or virtual interviews.
• Complete hiring paperwork.
• Consult with Human Resources leadership regarding policies, procedures, and terminations.

• Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources, but not required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in human resources administration preferred.
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and ability to learn HRIS programs.
• SHRM certification preferred, but not required.
