Overview
We are seeking a full-time Identity Access Administrator 2 in our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing identity and access permissions within Active Directory and other IAM systems.
Essential Functions- Provide operational support for Active Directory objects such as accounts, groups, and Exchange mailboxes and calendars
- Manage Garmin associate account onboarding, offboarding, and role change provisioning, ensuring correct access for users
- Enforce accounts, access, and procedures to be compliant with Garmin IT Security policies and standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance of SOX, TISAX, NIST, PCI and other systems is maintained through internal audits and provide solutions for compliance
- Create and maintain IAM procedural documents and ensure other IAM Administrators are trained on these procedures
- Automate and script IAM processes with a focus on improving customer experience
- Participate in roadmap planning for systems or applications and use tools and scripting to efficiently manage technology
- Contribute to researching and implementing new technologies, processes, and procedures for overall IAM system improvements
- Demonstrate an understanding of the business impacts of IAM issues and how they relate to IT owned solutions
- Engage in troubleshooting and quickly resolving IAM support tickets
- Configure and support Garmin’s account management systems
- Demonstrate strong customer service when completing IAM support tickets
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or another technology related field AND a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Demonstrates ability to solve moderately complex technical problems independently
- Demonstrated experience in successful implementation of technology solutions
- Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a small team setting
- Consistently demonstrates quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization
- Experience with Active Directory and Exchange in a hybrid environment
- Experience with scripting and automation
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks and audit processes
- Experience in successful implementation of technology solutions
