Consulting Solutions Architect Leader

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates must live in or near a WWT market in the Heartland Area (e.g., Nashville, St Louis, Kansas City, Des Moines, Sioux Falls, Omaha, etc.)
• Qualified candidates should have 15+ years of experience delivering large scale IT solutions.
• 2 to 5 years of previous leadership/management experience required.
• 40% travel may be required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, thought leadership, mentorship, and the ability to translate complex IT architectures into easily understood and consumable solutions are required.

Salary range: $176,000 to $230,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
