Overview
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join Epic's legal team. This role is based at our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. Epic recruits nationally and provides financial relocation assistance.
Senior In-House Litigation Attorney
ResponsibilitiesYou’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You'll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
Additionally, you'll forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills with an eye for detail and a creative mindset.
