Forklift Operator; 2nd Shift - Bushnell

The Forklift Operator is responsible for performing tasks associated with the fulfillment and shipment of products at the warehouse facility. They will use various lifts to safely move, load, unload materials, while also assisting with several warehouse duties to support efficient daily operations. This position reports to the Distribution Supervisor and is based out of our Olathe, Kansas location.

• Operate forklift equipment (various types)
• Receive and process product into warehouse
• Pick and pack product to fulfill orders
• Prepare product for shipment
• Assist with other projects as required
• Assist production assembly department as needed

• One to three (1-3) years of warehouse experience preferred
• Must be forklift certified, or willing to become forklift certified
• Working knowledge of RF gun
• Basic understanding of a Distribution Center
• Comfortable with heights
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good reading and comprehension skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to receive coaching and feedback
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent attendance record
• Safety awareness

• Regularly stand, sit, walk, and work from heights up to 30 feet
• Frequently lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 25-50 lbs, up to 65 lbs, throughout a full shift
• Perform physical activities requiring considerable use of arms, hands, and legs, including lifting, reaching, grasping, balancing, and stooping while handling warehouse materials for extended periods
• Specific vision abilities include near, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception

Exposure to noise, dust, and climate changes.

Monday – Thursday, 4:30 pm – 3:00 am.

Hourly rate: $20.20 / hr (pay range $16.54 – $23.37 / hr).
