We are seeking a Press Brake Operator to join our Fabrication Team in this customer‑focused industry. A successful Press Brake Operator at WEBCO MFG is both efficient, precise, and fabricates parts from sheet metal to meet customer specifications and expectations. • Produce parts that meet customer specifications, setting up the machine, deciding which brake dyes to use, reading, and interpreting blueprints and bending deducts.
• Ensure correct materials are used on each job by verifying materials prior to beginning production.
• Ensure parts are fabricated correctly by performing the first piece check and submitting it to quality assurance for inspection prior to running the entire job.
• Ensure efficient and timely processing of various job orders by organizing work to be performed according to complexity, materials used, anticipated completion time, etc.
• Ensures safe and efficient brake operation by performing daily maintenance and minor repairs on machine, observing safety standards, and by notifying supervisor when major repairs and needed.
• Other responsibilities as required.

• Has operated a Trumpf, Amada, or Cincinnati Brake Press.
• Can work M‑Th, 3:30 pm‑2:00 am.
• 1 year minimum experience operating a brake or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Work Location:

Olathe, KS 66062 (Required). Relocate before starting work (Required). In person.
