The Sr. Production Technician serves as a senior resource in the production area, providing advanced operational expertise, informal leadership, and support for process optimization. This role is responsible for complex operations, advanced troubleshooting, and supporting continuous improvement and training efforts.

• Perform advanced and complex production operations requiring high skill and precision.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, process, and quality issues with minimal support.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned processes or equipment.
• Train and mentor Production Technician employees.
• Support implementation of continuous improvement, Lean, and standard work improvements.
• Assist with new product introductions (NPI), process validation, or equipment trials.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to improve performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible manufacturing experience.
• Advanced mechanical and/or electrical skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and improve processes.
