• Assist other maintenance technicians in repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work areas.
• Complete work orders, records, logs, and other written or computer‑based documents.
• Maintain and repair building facilities (e.g., plumbing, construction, painting).
• Operate material‑handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment.
• Assist in the usage and disposal of hazardous materials and waste (e.g., cleaning chemicals) per company policies.
• Perform preventive and basic maintenance and repairs on production equipment, lift trucks, pneumatic systems, material‑handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, dock equipment, electronic and electrical equipment, and HVAC units.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and implement related action plans.
• Prioritize work assignments and collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers to meet deadlines and expectations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and adapt to change.

• Prior work experience in a construction, industrial, production, or manufacturing environment.

• Experience repairing/maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing or production environment.
