We are currently looking for a skilled Pipe Fitter Welder to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity focused on manufacturing and fabrication. The ideal candidate will be proficient in interpreting technical drawings, assembling components, and executing high-quality, large-scale welding tasks while meeting our production goals.
Employment Status: Full-Time
Compensation: $23.00 per hour
Working Hours:
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Shift: 1st Shift
Role OverviewIn this capacity, you will be responsible for utilizing technical blueprints to accurately align, position, and weld substantial fabricated parts. Success in this role demands advanced welding proficiency, the ability to decipher complex schematics, and a proven background in heavy-duty fabrication environments.
Core Responsibilities- Analyze and translate technical fabrication schematics and blueprints
- Assemble and arrange parts in preparation for the welding process
- Execute large-scale welding and fabrication tasks to contribute to high-quality output
- Configure and manage welding machinery and associated software programs
- Ensure the integrity of finished products by verifying fit and weld precision
- Support team efficiency by maintaining consistent output and reliable attendance
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all established safety protocols
- Prior professional background in fabrication or as a Fitter/Welder
- Advanced proficiency in interpreting technical blueprints
- Demonstrated history of performing large-scale welding operations
- Ability to precisely align and fit components to ensure structural accuracy
- Competence in the operation of various welding and fabrication tools
- Commitment to high standards of quality and meticulous attention to detail
- Reliable professional with a strong track record of consistent attendance
