Maintenance Technician Levels II – III

Picture yourself applying your mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to help build components for Fighter Jets, Helicopters, and Satellites where every repair, adjustment, and measurement supports mission success. As our Maintenance Technician, you will join a forward-thinking aerospace manufacturing team maintaining and repairing advanced CNC and industrial machinery. We obviously want to bring in the highest-skilled technician possible, but we also understand we may need to train the right person up.

Our most likely hire will be a Level II, but we would love to find a strong Level III with advanced CNC maintenance and repair experience. Shifts Available
  • A-Nights:
    Sun–Tue and every other Wed, 6 AM–6:30 PM ($2 shift differential)
  • B-Nights:
    Thurs–Sat and every other Wed, 6 PM–6:30 AM ($4 shift differential)
What You'll Do (Depending on Level)
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, and repair CNC and industrial machinery
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Use electrical meters and diagnostic tools to identify machine issues
  • Perform invasive machine repairs to minimize equipment downtime
  • Navigate CNC controls and troubleshoot machine performance
  • Support emergency and unscheduled machine repairs
  • Perform machine metrology and kinematic corrections
  • Manage the full cycle of multiple concurrent machine repairs, including diagnostics, part sourcing, machine repair, and repair success validation
  • Plan and document work orders
  • Work with CNC equipment utilizing Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma controls
  • Ensure proper machine alignment, safety, and performance
  • Mentor and train junior technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives at the Level III level
Job Requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

Level II:
  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
  • CNC or industrial machinery maintenance experience preferred
  • Proven experience servicing hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
  • Hands‑on experience troubleshooting and servicing CNC or industrial machinery
  • Proficient using an electrical meter for troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Comfortable performing invasive machine repairs
  • Ability to navigate CNC controls
  • Experience with preventive and planned maintenance
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
Level III:
  • 3+ years of industrial/CNC maintenance experience preferred
  • Highly skilled at diagnosing severe, advanced-level CNC machine issues
  • Strong hands‑on CNC machine troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance experience
  • Proven experience performing machine metrology and kinematic corrections
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full cycle of multiple concurrent machine repairs, including diagnostics, part sourcing, machine repair, and repair success validation
  • Advanced experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Proficient using electrical meters and other diagnostic equipment
  • Comfortable performing complex and invasive machine repairs
  • Strong knowledge of CNC controls and machine alignment
  • Experience mentoring junior technicians and driving continuous improvement initiatives
