A focused, three‑day sprint in a fully air‑conditioned, professional shop.

• Deliver efficient, high‑quality MIG/GMAW welds that meet demanding OEM specifications.
• Run first‑article inspections and submit to Quality Assurance before production release.
• Log production counts accurately for parts accountability and throughput tracking.
• Sequence work by complexity, welding method, and estimated completion to keep jobs on time.
• Support related fabrication tasks to maintain flow and safety.

• Ability to work Fri–Sun 9:00 a.m.–9:30 p.m. (36 hrs paid as 40)
• 3+ years of MIG welding/fabrication experience
• Blueprint reading and weld symbol interpretation
• Competence in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill positions
• Experience with mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel
• Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and safety
