Division Quality Systems Manager

We’re seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Division Quality Systems Manager to lead quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving quality excellence, regulatory compliance, operational consistency, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives on building strong teams, improving systems, and creating a culture where quality is embedded in every stage of the manufacturing process.

This position is open to candidates located in Olathe or Tucker.

What You’ll Do Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a multi-site quality strategy aligned with company goals and long-term growth initiatives

Drive consistency by standardizing quality systems, policies, and procedures across all facilities

Serve as a key point of contact for customers, auditors, and regulatory agencies regarding quality matters

Champion a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the division

Quality Systems & Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with AS9100 / ISO 9001, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements including EPA, OSHA, REACH, and TSCALead internal and external audits across multiple facilities and ensure timely corrective actions

Maintain site certifications, regulatory registrations, and compliance documentation

Oversee CAPA processes, risk assessments, and quality system effectiveness

Operational Excellence Develop and monitor quality metrics and reporting systems that support data-driven decision making

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other operational excellence methodologies

Strengthen supplier quality programs and ensure raw material compliance and performance

Identify opportunities to improve product quality, process capability, and operational efficiency

Team Leadership & Development Mentor and support site Quality Managers and QA/QC teams across multiple locations

Foster a high-performing, collaborative environment focused on proactive problem solving

Create and support training and professional development programs for quality personnel

Lead by example through strong communication, accountability, and strategic thinking

Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Manufacturing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle

Support new product launches through validation planning, risk assessments, and process readiness activities

Promote and maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards

Support additional business initiatives and projects as needed

What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of quality management experience within chemical manufacturing, including multi-site leadership responsibilities

Strong knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory compliance requirements, and advanced quality tools such as SPC, CAPA, and FMEAProven ability to lead strategic initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and build high-performing teams

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
