We are seeking a motivated and talented Assistant Manager to help lead our restaurant operations and deliver outstanding guest service. • Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards of food quality, service, and sanitation
• Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff, assigning daily work and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Order and maintain inventory levels to keep the restaurant well-stocked
• Handle cash register reconciliations and maintain accurate records in compliance with laws and company policies

• Recruit, interview, and hire quality staff members
• Conduct orientation and training for Shift Leaders and hourly employees
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed
• Adjust work schedules and approve overtime to ensure full shift coverage

• Exemplify a professional and positive attitude at all times
• Communicate effectively with staff, guests, vendors, and the community
• Lead management and staff meetings as directed
• Delegate tasks appropriately and resolve employee concerns promptly

• Flexible schedule including extended hours, with periods of standing and walking
• Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong communication, math, and computer skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude
