Location: Oakes Kia – Olathe, KS

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $20/hour

We’re looking for a Parts Counterperson to support both retail customers and our internal service department with parts sourcing, ordering, and inventory coordination. This role keeps technicians stocked, customers informed, and the workflow in the shop moving smoothly.

• Assist technicians and retail customers at the parts counter
• Look up, price, and order OEM parts
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming shipments
• Manage warranty and core returns
• Maintain accurate parts records and documentation
• Support Service Advisors and Technicians to move repair orders efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Keep the parts area clean and organized

A team‑oriented person with solid communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn the dealership environment. Prior automotive parts experience (dealer or aftermarket) is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass a standard background check
