The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center Command in the Kansas City Metro Area offers a 12-week Manager-in-Training program to prepare participants for store leadership opportunities. The role provides hands-on experience in thrift store operations, team leadership, sales growth, and financial accountability while supporting mission-driven retail work.
Participants train across our stores and progression may lead to Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Lead Sales Associate positions
