• Handle inbound customer calls and emails—solve problems and close sales.
• Proactively follow up with customers for renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Make outbound calls (about 30%) to reconnect with prior and potential clients.
• Partner with account managers to ensure an amazing customer experience.

• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or related experience as well as tech industry experience
• Strong communicator with a friendly, approachable style.
• A self-starter who’s hungry to learn and motivated to achieve goals.
• Comfortable working on-site, Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.

Hourly: $19 - $21/hr
