This role is critical in helping us source high-quality vehicles directly from private sellers, service drive customers, and inbound seller leads. • Prospect and connect with private sellers through outbound calls, digital outreach, and lead follow-up.
• Engage with service drive customers to generate appraisal opportunities.
• Build trust and rapport with potential sellers to maximize acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals and valuations.
• Complete purchase transactions with professionalism and transparency.
• Consistently hit acquisition targets while representing the Oakes Auto Group brand.

• Previous sales, acquisition, or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
