DH Pace Company, Inc. is looking for an Estimator for our Carpentry/Scientific Casework team in Olathe, Kansas. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with numbers and has a competitive drive. Experience in accounting, finance, customer service, business, administration, billing/payroll, or construction is valued.

• Review drawings and specifications to determine quantity and most appropriate product based on specific job requirements to complete the project
• Collaborate with managers about sale strategies
• Determine cost of projects based on products and quantity
• Maintain strong communication with vendors, customers, and upper management
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion
• Other duties may be assigned

• Mathematically inclined—innately good with numbers
• Proven experience in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bluebeam and Excel experience preferred
• No experience required—on-the-job training is available for those with strong attributes
