Appliance & Refrigeration Repair Tech – Full & Part Time

Join Sears as an Appliance & Refrigeration Repair Technician. Work full or part‑time delivering quality repair services to homeowners across the country.

• Drive to multiple customers' homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves, with high quality and efficiency.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience that consistently exceeds expectations.
• Provide customers with value‑added solutions that improve their home's comfort and safety.
• Keep the company truck well‑maintained and organized, and help manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, including for part ordering.
• Successfully pass a background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and work variable and flexible hours.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply written technical text.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Physical requirements:
  
  lifting up to 100 lbs, frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, etc.
• Must be able to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.

• Hourly rate: $18–$25, based on experience, certification, and location.
