** The Swim Instructor is responsible for teaching swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers, requiring excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of swimming techniques, and a commitment to promoting water safety and fitness.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Teaches swim lessons to participants of various ages and skill levels, ensuring they receive instruction appropriate to their abilities; provides clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents or guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement.
* Develops and implements lesson plans, adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of each student.
* Enforces safety rules and regulations in and around the pool area to ensure a safe environment for all participants; performs rescues and administers first aid when necessary.
* Offers exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

* Experience:

** Previous experience as a swim instructor or in a related field is required. Must be 15 years of age or older.
