Pilates Studio Instructor Olathe, KS

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Pilates Instructor who is a self-starter, energetic, health & fitness minded, and loves to help others feel better, move better, live better.

We welcome instructors and trainers with weekday & weekend availability—mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Positions can be part‑time or full‑time, offering 6–20+ hours per week with a flexible schedule.

We prefer at least one year of Pilates teaching experience, but we also encourage new and non‑certified Pilates instructors who are eager to learn and advance their skills and career. Experience in fitness, dance, yoga, or other mind‑body movement practices is a plus. Instructors interested in working with mature clients or those requiring a post‑rehabilitation, therapeutic approach are especially welcome.

• Instruct effective, motivating, and safe Pilates training/workout sessions
• Use a variety of Pilates equipment and exercises in small group and one‑on‑one settings
• Manage individual schedules and client bookings
• Handle administrative processes needed for session sales and payroll
• Maintain regular communication with management, co‑workers, and club staff
• Provide demo sessions for members and co‑workers
• Participate in department/club promotional campaigns
• Attend department in‑services and staff meetings
• Promote self and program to prospective clients
• Follow up and outreach with clients and prospects to grow business
