Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual for a Warehouse & Returns Coordinator position. This is a hands-on position split between warehouse operations and returns coordination. Daily responsibilities include shipping and receiving, along with value-added services such as custom labeling, loading programs and configurations, and kit assembly. This position will also be responsible for managing repairs and returns from the initial request through resolution.

• Perform shipping and receiving activities
• Create, process, and monitor repair and return requests
• Apply custom part and package labels
• Load programs and configurations onto devices
• Assemble kits from bills of materials
• Verify kit completeness and accuracy before shipment
• Assist the team with other warehouse and operational duties as needed

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written specifications and bills of materials
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Clear and professional communication with customers and vendors
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, maintain quality, and perform effectively without being closely supervised
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
• Experience working with ERP software is a plus
