Il Coordinatore/Referente infermieristico assisterà il Responsabile di struttura nelle sue attività agendo in conformità alle procedure applicate e collaborando con la Direzione Sanitaria alla cura e al benessere dei Residenti/Pazienti.
Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
Laurea in Scienze infermieristiche o suo equivalente
Iscrizione all’OPI
Preferibile esperienza pregressa nella mansione
Costituisce titolo preferenziale aver conseguito il master in management e coordinamento infermieristico
Completano il profilo:
Buona predisposizione al lavoro di squadra
Flessibilità e proattività
Dinamismo
Doti relazionali nella gestione dei contatti con gli Ospiti e le loro famiglie
Si offre inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato , full-time, in un contesto giovane e dinamico con possibilità di crescita.
