Bookkeeper

Compensation: $45,000- $55,000 per year, based on experience

ATAIA has many revenue streams, from day passes and memberships to treatments, a full restaurant and juice bar, retail, gift cards and events. We're looking for a Bookkeeper & Payroll Administrator who takes pride in clean books, a reconciliation that ties out and making sure every team member is paid correctly and on time.

• Keep accurate books, code expenses consistently and support month-end and year-end
• Reconcile bank, merchant, POS, payroll, gift card and vendor accounts
• Run payroll, including tips, commissions and approved changes, accurately and on time
• Manage payables and receivables
• Turn numbers into clear reports, and notice when something looks unusual

• Bookkeeping and payroll processing experience
• Strong Excel skills: SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and reconciliation schedules
• Accounting software proficiency (Quick Books preferred)
• Exceptional accuracy, organization and confidentiality
• Hospitality, restaurant or tipped-payroll experience is a plus

• Work directly with the General Manager and our outside CPA
