We are a growing provider of portable toilet and roll-off dumpster services serving residential, commercial, and construction clients throughout the region. Our team takes pride in reliable service, strong customer relationships, and a hands‑on approach to getting the job done.

We are seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to lead both the sales and daily operations at our Elizabethtown location. This role blends customer‑facing sales, service scheduling, and team leadership in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment. This position will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring efficient service delivery, and supporting a small, dedicated team.

• Drive sales activity for portable toilets and roll‑off dumpsters
• Create customer quotes, close sales, and build repeat business
• Manage operational scheduling and service logistics
• Oversee deliveries, pickups, and daily crew coordination
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution
• Track performance metrics and report results to the COO
• Support day‑to‑day administrative needs, including invoicing and collections

• 3+ years of experience in operations and/or sales management
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask across sales and operations functions
• Comfortable working in office and field settings
• Experience in sanitation, waste services, construction, or related fields is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
