Center Director

Seeking an enthusiastic individual with great energy who loves working with kids and being part of technology education.

Code Ninjas is a national provider of children's education services for computer technology, specifically computer programming. Coding is the new literacy. We believe that we are creating the problem solvers of tomorrow.

Our curriculum consists of four years of content progressing through nine levels of achievement. We teach children age‑targeted software programming tools for gaming, web development, 3‑D graphics, robotics, and autonomous drones.

• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Web‑based applications
• Tech savvy – ability to self‑learn and figure out new tools
• STEM/Coding experience is a plus
• Teaching/working with kids experience is a plus

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. All inquiries about employment at this franchisee should be made directly to the franchise location, and not to Code Ninjas Corporate.

• Manage daily operations of the center
• Experience working with kids, coaching, managing is a plus
• Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals
• Work with parents to define children’s learning needs
• Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of students currently in the center
• Engage with children and families in the center
• Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing
• Engage and oversee coaches/tutors to ensure team needs are met
• Ensure the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students
• Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented and would love to be part of a new exciting venture
• Learn business operations, sales, and team leadership

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
