Are you passionate about early childhood education, building relationships with families, and helping a center grow? The Learning Experience is looking for an energetic, organized, and relationship-driven professional to join our leadership team!
What We're Looking For- At least 3 years of early childhood education, childcare leadership, or classroom experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- At least 2 years of sales, marketing, enrollment, or lead generation experience, preferably in early childhood education.
- Comfortable conducting center tours and connecting with prospective families.
- Creative, organized, energetic, and collaborative.
- Grow enrollment and generate new leads.
- Conduct tours and follow up with prospective families.
- Build relationships with families and the local community.
- Support social media, referrals, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Track enrollment goals and develop ideas to support center growth.
- Partner with the Center Director to support daily operations.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development.
- Help maintain licensing, safety, and company standards.
- Support teachers, families, and overall center quality.
- Promote enrollment, retention, and family satisfaction.
We're looking for someone passionate about driving enrollment growth and strengthening community relationships.
Working alongside the Center Director, you'll help support center operations while dedicating meaningful time to marketing, community outreach, family engagement, and enrollment growth.

Qualifications- New Jersey Center Director licensing qualifications preferred.
- Relevant education and early childhood credentials preferred.
- Successful completion of required background checks.
