Chiropractor

Alliance Orthopedics, the region's most dynamic multidisciplinary practice, is seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate team player to join our team! Our Chiropractic Physician provides direct patient care working side-by-side with our conservative care team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, exercise physiologists, and more. Our Chiropractors are an integral part of our sports medicine team, and function additionally as liaisons to our medical doctors, orthopedic surgeons, functional medicine practitioners, and pain management physicians.

A licensed Chiropractic Physician brings a unique role and perspective to the rehab floor of our practice. Not every Chiropractor is looking for a traditional position, and that's why Alliance Orthopedics provides Chiropractors the opportunity and resources to utilize their full scope of practice within our clinic-based model!

• Foster genuine rapport with patients, prioritizing their individual goals and needs.
• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments, consulting interdisciplinary teams for insights and collaboration.
• Execute manual adjustments with precision and care, correcting musculoskeletal dysfunctions effectively.
• Evaluate neuromuscular and skeletal function through advanced chiropractic diagnostics.
• Coordinate diagnostic exams on-site or through referrals, ensuring holistic patient care.
• Support marketing efforts through active participation in outreach events.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, identifying trends and refining care standards.
• Cultivate a supportive team environment, serving as a mentor and fostering professional growth.
• Pursue continuous self-development, engaging in educational programs and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

• Valid New Jersey Chiropractic License.
• Profound understanding of neuromuscular injuries, orthopedic conditions, and sports-related ailments.
• Familiarity with diverse treatment modalities, including manual therapies and dietary interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centric care.
• Willingness to challenge norms and drive positive change.
