We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting, and litigation. • Conduct legal research using various resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Assist with case management, including organizing files and maintaining case calendars
• Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and arguments
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed

• -MUST BE LICENSED IN NEW JERSEY
• 2 years Personal Injury experience required.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in legal drafting and writing
• Experience with litigation procedures and practices
• Familiarity with legal software and databases such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
