Base pay range: $50,369.49/yr – $72,149.79/yr.

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of New Jersey
• Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and residents’ care plans
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions, reporting any changes in health status
• Ensure all care is delivered in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
