Quality Control Regulatory Specialist

The team is comprised of some of the leading technical minds in personal care with over 50 years of combined experience in the industry.

We are looking for a part-time Quality Assurance Specialist, with the potential for this to turn into a full-time role. This individual will oversee all aspects of the facility to ensure that various departments are being compliant with quality management systems and established procedures.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures across production, filling, and other operational departments.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure processes and documentation align with regulatory and company standards.
• Assist in preparing the facility for internal and external audits, including GMP and other industry certifications.
• Collaborate with department leads to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks, deviations, and corrective/preventative actions.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards relevant to personal care and cosmetics manufacturing.
• Support investigations of non-conformances, customer complaints, or audit findings.

• 9 to 5 shift, 3 days per week
