Retail Sales Consultants who are highly motivated and who can confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products while utilizing our proven selling process and bed Match diagnostic system.

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Typical 4–5 day work week offers 40–55 hours per week.
• Equal fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish – a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases onto vehicles.
• Ability to provide a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience that improves customers’ lives through sleep solutions.
• Experience with tablet, mobile POS, and bed Match system technology.
• High‑energy, enthusiastic, team‑oriented attitude.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
