On-Call: 1 week/month rotation may be required

SERVPRO®, a busy and respected restoration company in New Jersey, is seeking a dependable and motivated Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who is hands‑on, safety‑conscious, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.

• Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration jobs
• Perform demolition, debris removal, cleaning, drying, and equipment setup
• Assist team leads with job execution and customer interaction
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and vehicles
• Complete documentation and follow SERVPRO® processes
• Participate in occasional on‑call rotation (1 week per month)

• Prior experience in restoration, construction, or labor‑intensive work is a plus
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Must be available Monday through Friday, with flexibility for on‑call duty
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5‑year record and no accidents (required)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong work ethic, team attitude, and communication skill
