This is a full‑time role for an HVAC Comfort Advisor based in Old Bridge, NJ. The HVAC Comfort Advisor will work directly with customers to assess their comfort needs, recommend appropriate HVAC solutions, and provide estimates. Key responsibilities include conducting on‑site evaluations, providing excellent customer service, delivering accurate product knowledge, and collaborating with the installation and service teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

The Comfort Advisor will also assist in promoting company services and fostering long‑term relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in HVAC systems and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and address client concerns professionally.
• Previous experience in HVAC.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work on‑site and communicate effectively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical certification in HVAC is a plus.
