Old Bridge, NJ. Salary: $27.90 per hour (USD).

Interstate Waste Services is hiring CDL B Commercial Roll Off Truck Drivers. Safety is our first priority.

• Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturday hours
• Early start time – 4:30 or 5 am
• Hourly pay – $27.90 with overtime pay
• Year‑round steady work

• 1 year verifiable CDL driving experience within the last 7 years required

• Operate front, side, or rear‑loading trucks to pick up bags or containers filled with waste or recyclable material.
• Transport material to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities, making multiple trips during shift.
• Deploy both manual & automatic trucks.
• Required to lift up to 50 pounds, move & maneuver up to 100 pounds, and mount/dismount truck multiple times each route.

• 21 years of age, legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with airbrake endorsement.
• 1 year CDL driving experience within the last 7 years.
• Great safety record and clean MVR.
• Experience as a driver or helper for a refuse company highly preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and applicable traffic regulations.
• Ability to speak & read English, read maps, and understand traffic rules.
• Meet physical & safety requirements of the position.
• Willing to work required hours, including weekend, night, and holiday work.
